Valentine's Dinner at Gaggan
For Valentine's Day, we decided to treat ourselves to a fifteen-course meal at Gaggan, the 17th best restaurant in the world according to the Michelin Guide.
Here are a few examples of the unique courses we enjoyed:
We started our Valentine feast with a shot (vile) of lemongrass and mint. |
This 'charcoal surprise' looked and crunched like a lump of coal, but the taste and texture was nothing like a Kingsford briquette! |
This course was a delicious lobster bisque with tender lobster, airy foam, and an edible flower. |
One of the main dishes was a delicious, tender lamb chop garnished with edible flowers on asparagus. |
A bit intimidating to look at, until you realize that it is a plate of airy chocolate bubbles! |
Every Valentine meal should end with a sweet kiss! |
